Ingredients:

Let the lentils soak for 3 hours. Parboil the lentils with a pinch of salt, until they soften. Apart, peel and chop the onion and garlic finely.

- 1 kilo of asparagus
- 1 large cucumber
- Pink salt and pepper, subtle lemon, olive oil
- Mustard and low-fat yogurt
- 1 tied of radishes and a sprig of parsley
Preparation:
Peel the asparagus, open them in half, cook in salted water for 10 minutes. Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Prepare the dressing with salt, pepper, lemon juice, mustard and 4 tablespoons of low-fat yogurt. Put the asparagus in a flat salad bowl and the cucumbers in another deeper one.
